In an effort to help more fully understand “why dwellgo”, we’re writing the 1st of many posts focused on using Dwellgo to its fullest. Here’s today’s Tip:
Tip #1 - Create a Property Profile for EVERY Property You Own (Not Just What’s For Sale…)
This has several advantages:
- You become aware of buyers interested in what you own
- You understand the market better, by knowing total buyer activity in each zip code that you own property
- You can expose your property to the market, while maintaining your privacy
- When you decide to sell, you already have buyers matched to your property
*But, wait…what if it’s my personal home, I don’t want it showcased to the world?
Dwellgo allows owners to expose their property to the market by choosing either Public or Private status. Public marketing is what most sellers experience through traditional real estate websites today.
Dwellgo, was built for active sellers AND just curious property owners.
Dwellgo’s Private status allows owners to fully expose their property to the market without revealing address, contact information or even a sales price.
It’s like having a trot line in the water at all times. If you already have 1 property in dwellgo and want to add others, just click on the ‘Add a Property’ link from your ‘My Dwellgo’…
