New Look and Feel of Dwellgo Messaging

We’re always listening to you and gathering feedback to improve the Dwellgo experience. Today, we rolled out some major updates to Dwellgo messaging. In short, the new interface allows you to easily:

• See the history of your conversations (including messages you have sent)
• See a snapshot of a Property or Buyer’s criteria within your conversation
• Quick link to view the full details of a property or buyer’s profile

Dwellgo messaging occurs in 2 parts. The first is the ‘Message Center’. The Message Center shows users (Property or Buyer profiles) who have had conversations with you. Users with the most recent messages sort to the top. A user who has sent a new message to you will display with a shaded background.

Clicking on a user’s profile takes you to the 2nd part of Dwellgo Messaging, the Conversation View. Conversations allow you to see all of the communication between you and another user. New messages are sorted to the top and display with a shaded background the first time you view them. The conversation view allows you to reply to existing messages or Send a new message.
