Why Post Photos of My Property on Dwellgo (Even if I’m a Private Seller)?
Because… Seeing is Believing!
Many times I’ve gotten jazzed about a property that I saw, hurried out to see it and was vastly disappointed when I arrived. A few pictures would have saved me a lot of time. Conversely, I’ve reviewed many properties that did not initially meet my criteria but the pictures were compelling enough to take a closer look. Some resulted in purchases!
But, I’ve chosen to expose my property privately, do I still need photos?
Absolutely! Photos tell a story…
They allow you to inform prospective buyers in ways that words simply can’t, while still protecting your privacy.
If you do choose to expose your property privately, we would recommend you NOT include photos of the front of your home. Instead, show us photos of the inside, backyard, etc.
Photos are the most effective way to inform interested Buyers of what you have.
