Outstanding small house for right person, on the corner, hardwood floors, ceiling fans, privacy, great established neighborhood with neighbors that don't bother you, play music loud, or garden on 3/4 acres, trees, trees trees, both old established and newly planted, old cactus, 8 feet wide, painted inside and outside, wood shades, really great little home. Dont be scared to drive to Lockhart -- it's 20 minutes from Austin with two lights 65 mph the whole way. I just spent 55 minutes on Mopac getting from North to South Austin -- get radical -- buy a house that costs $50,000 less than what you would pay in Austin in a safe neighborhood and get satellite radio -- and cruise to what South Austin used to be...
