Built in 1996. Very roomy. Lots of recent upgrades: Nice big custom deck with custom pergola, mouldings, Pergo flooring, walls painted, lawn irrigation system. New fence this year.  Kitchen is nice and big but a little dated with 1996 era white appliances and ceiling is "popcorn".  Have received general contractor bid on updating to granite/composite counter tops, lighting and ceiling texture upgrades.  Will negotiate remodeling allowance at closing.  House is pre-inspected.
